creative access reasource...

This is a creative access resource prototype that goes along side the painting “The bridge of beauty” By Julius Ibbetson in 1790 and held in Pontypridd museum. It was designed with the needs of members of Sight life Wales in mind. I created a tactile piece to show the earthy hills and grassy nooks for a blind or partially sighted visitor to interact with. Using lots of textured wool I crocheted the landscape adding needle felted animals and a 1790s farmer that go inside a pocket.
